"Ben-Day" Dots
A printing process that combines two or more different, small, colored to create a third color. Dots may be proximal or overlapping. So, Lichtenstein takes objects or scenes and enlarges/exaggerates it with ben-day dots. Which creates a commercial art and popular illustration in his work.

Differences between Artists
Although, both Lichtenstein and Warhol used pop-art, they had different takes in their works. Lichtenstein focused more on cartoon pictures, whereas Warhol was influenced by famous celebrities of that time.Lichtenstein worked with paints on canvas, adding ben-day dots and different layering styles that showed to be commercial screen prints. Warhol used silk screen prints and used one subject and printed it multiple times but in different vibrant colors.
